Board Meetings & Agendas
The school board holds its regular monthly meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are typically held in the Pagosa Middle School Library (309 Lewis Street), unless otherwise noted in Board Meeting Information.
Meeting dates and locations may occasionally change, and the Board may also schedule Special Meetings or Work Sessions. All updates and notices will be posted on Board Meeting Information.

Per School Board policy BEDA - Notification of School Board Meetings, "At a minimum, the Board shall cause notice of regular and special meetings and work sessions to be posted at the designated public place no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting. This notice shall include specific agenda information where possible."
Each of the school board's agendas, from October 2012 to the present, are located on the Board Docs site. School Board agendas prior to September 2012 may be obtained by contacting Heather Welch at the District Administration Office (contact information below).
